SHIPPING: DOMESTIC & ABROAD
- Shipping within India is INR 100 for a single order.
- Orders will be delivered within 6-7 working days.
- Shipping charges for international customers will be based on the weight and dimensions of the parcel.
Cancellation, Return, Exchange Policy
- Return/Exchange requests would be entertained only within three days of receiving the product.
- Only torn, unused and unwashed fabric/items would be acceptable. In such a scenario, kindly mail us at care@noornayaab.com OR contact us on 9992788767/ 7719222233 on weekdays between 1000 hrs – 1800 hrs. Either a credit note will be issued in your name or we will refund the amount barring shipping charges.
- Only broken Jewellery will be replaced/returned.
- Original tags shouldn’t be tampered with.
- Cancellations, if any, may kindly be done before a particular item is shipped. In case, there is an order cancellation once it is shipped, Shipping charges would be non-refundable.
- In the case of returns, a maximum of INR 100 would be given to you as the return shipping.
